Trapeze Desktop 9.8

Trapeze Desktop, the number one electronic consent assessment solution, has been updated and is ready for download. Trapeze Desktop 9.8 includes improvements to the stamping tool and a new annotation type.

What's new?

Stamp selected pages

In previous versions of Trapeze, stamps could be applied to individual pages one at a time, or to all pages in a document at once. Trapeze 9.8 adds the ability for users to stamp a selection of pages, using bookmarks or thumbnails to define the pages to be stamped.

This improvement is particularly useful for customers who store a mixture of consent documentation in individual files and use bookmarks to organize the content. Particular pages i.e. Plans, can now be stamped in one action without affecting the document's other pages. Users have more control over which pages are stamped, reducing time and effort spent stamping documents.

Stamp multiple pages at cursor location

The ability to stamp multiple pages at once using the location of the mouse cursor is new to Trapeze 9.8. This change increases the flexibility of stamp positioning, reducing the need to manually move stamps on individual pages. A series of document pages i.e. plans which include a consistent blank area can now be stamped easily in one action without obscuring important details.

Cloud Annotations

The Cloud annotation type is a new addition to Trapeze’s suite of annotation tools, used for adding mark-ups to plans during the consent assessment process. Cloud annotations are easily recognizable on plans, allowing the identification of amendments and other details marked for reference.

Other Changes

In addition to the core improvements made in Trapeze 9.8, other important technical changes and bug fixes have been included and we recommend upgrading at your earliest convenience to ensure the best possible user experience.

Details on how to use the new features are included in the Trapeze Desktop User Guide, available within the Onstream Trapeze installation directory. For any questions or feedback regarding Trapeze 9.8 please contact us.
